dates feature requests

I have two feature requests for dates:

1. Double-clicking on an item from a Webcal does nothing. It would be
great to view details of this event this was.

2. All-day events appear as rectangles on the whole day-column. It would
be better to show them in a seperate row on the top, like in Google
Calendar.
